I tried to preprocess MRI images to get 'WholeBrain' volume using Freesurfer 6.0.
But I could not find where Right Cerebral Cortex volume(WM pracellation) from Freesurer reconall. Could you help me ? Thanks!

Did you search for Subcortical Volume (aseg.stats) of LeftCorticalWM or RightCorticalWM or CorticalWM?

Hi, Thanks for your response! What I am unclear is that what is Right Cerebral Cortex volume(WM pracellation), it is in UCSFFSX_11_02_15.csv, the only information I could get is index is ST78SV. How could we get from Freesurfer reconall?
