Dear ADNI experts, I want to use the CBF value of the patients. And I found the \"UCSF - ASL Perfusion CBF by FreeSurfer ROI [ADNIGO,2]†file. In the file, there were the CBF value of the freesufer ROI. However, I found the CBF value tend to be smaller than reported CBF brain value. So, I wonder if the CBF value was correct in the file. Or there was something information I misunderstood. Thanks a lot.

Relative CBF values, not quantitative CBF, were reported for ADNI2. We recommend analyzing the regional CBF values relative to a reference region (a region not affected by the disease).
