I'm interested in using DNA methylation data, but the normalized and QC-ed data files seem unavailable. Can you let me know how to have access to those? Also if I end up using the raw data (.idat files), should I expect the raw data still include the samples and probes that hadn't passed your QC steps (as you described in the Methods Report)? That is, can I replicate your QC steps in the Reports using the raw data? Thanks for your help.

Investigators usually have their own pipelines to process DNA methylation data following their research questions. Thus, the raw data of ADNI DNA methylation has been posted. The raw data includes all samples and probes.
