Hi ADNI experts.
I am trying to useCross-Sectional FreeSurfer (5.1) from USCF. I found thatI found in this stat csv file, there is about 50% of Left/Right hemisphere cortical gray matter volume and Left/Right hemisphere cerebral white matter volume are missing. Is this correct? I mean when I am running Freesurfer reconall for T1 images, the structures volumes is not missing.

could you be more specific about the field name? Only QC failed regional data are masked in this table. the rate of missing data is quite small especially for CorticalGM and CorticalWM.
