Question

Question Posted 06/18/20:
We are currently building and validating an ADNI FDG-PET subset of well-characterized healthy controls, it can be used as standard reference for our in-house developed single-subject SPM standardized procedure (Perani et al., 2014). The adoption of an approrpiate HC dataset will allow us to obtain accurate and reliable single-subject SPM-t pattern of brain hypometabolism.
We are finalizing the validation paper, and we would like the wide clinical and research community to have free access to the data we have selected by means of different quality control steps.
According to the ADNI rules, is it possible to share FDG-PET images and clinical characteristics on another website, such as on SPM extensions website (https://www.fil.ion.ucl.ac.uk/spm/ext/)? Or are we only allowed to share the list of subjectIDs on an external website or paper's supplementary information?
Thanks

The answer is NO! ADNI data can only be distributed from the USC LONI ADNI website. We do this so we can track all data users and insure that all data users understand and sign the Data Use Agreement. Thank you for your interest in ADNI
