I want to download NIFTI Files as per subjectwise all four modalities such as MRI,DTI,fMRI& PET.
When we download how the file name is stored?
For Eg (ADNI_002_S_4213_MR_Axial_T2_STAR__br_raw_20170815133458201_17_S595398_I888011)
decribes what.
Please help me

I'm not sure exactly what you are asking, but you might consider creating separate collections for each modality and then downloading the different collections. Alternatively, you can just create a collection based on one modality, then search for another modality and add it to the previous collection. Once you are ready to download, you should be able to select NIFTI as the file type.
