Thank you for your question to the MRI core.

Under ALL MR Image Analysis in the Imaging section) - FreeSurfer data is available.
However if you are interested in a total gray matter volume measure, one would have to derive it with the regional information from FreeSurfer.

Since there is only data available from ADNI-GO/2 using the cross-sectional version of FreeSurfer (version 5.1).
