Does the siteID of the sample represent the imaging center of the structural MRI? If not, then how do I know the imaging center corresponding to the MRI data?

Nominally, site ID and imaging facility map. It may not be a 1:1 -- if I recall correctly some clinical sites have switched imaging locations over the years and some imaging sites may service multiple clinical sites. If you really want to know that it's the same scanner check the (hashed) device ID in the DICOM data as well as manufacturer and model.
