Question

Question Posted 09/07/22:
Hi ADNI Experts,
I am trying to download DICOM images from the MB-DTI ADNI3 dataset so I can convert using dcm2nii to get the b-val/b-vec files. However, when I download the data using the 'as archived' option, only a single DICOM image is shown for each subject- I would anticipate there would be nearly 1,500 DICOM images per subject. Is there an option I need to select to get all the DICOMS for each subject?

Thank you for your time and assistance with this!

I recommend using the “Advanced Image Search (beta)” interface in LONI. Note that with enhanced and mosaic DICOM there may be only 1 file per series or volume.

Also, you really need to update from dcm2nii to dcm2niix. They are by the same author, but dcm2nii has not been updated to keep up with scanner changes.

I hope this helps,

Rob
