Question
Question Posted 07/23/24:
I cannot find the HbA1c data column in the ADNI dataset. The paper titled 'A Blood-Based Screening Tool for Alzheimer's Disease That Spans Serum and Plasma: Findings from TARC and ADNI' mentions that HbA1c is measured using the turbidimetric inhibition immunoassay (TINIA) method. Please let me know the possible column names where I can find the HbA1c values.

The data you're looking for can be found in the zip file titled "Biomarkers Consortium Plasma Proteomics Project RBM Multiplex Data and Primer (Zip file) "
This can be found on the LONI IDA under
Download -> study data -> biospecimen -> biospecimen results. The contents of the ZIP file should include documentation that describes the contents of the relevant tables.

An addendum to the previous answer: This appears to be the data set that was cited in the paper, however it does not appear to contain any measurements of Hba1c.
In the ADNI4 phase, hemoglobin A1c is captured in the 'URMC
Safety Lab Results' table (URMC_LABDATA)
