Can you please explain how to get a list of pre processed T1 weighted images given subject ID list. I get a list of data with various descriptions, none of which says T1-weighted. Ideally, I would like to download the images in nifti format.

Thank you for your question to the ADNI MRI Core.

You are correct. The phrase T1 is not in the series descriptions. Those are noted by some version of MPRAGE or IR-FSPGR.

That being said, when on LONI, you can use one of the Advanced Search options and check "T1" for the Weighting.

Alternatively, you can use one of the Standardized Lists created by the MRI Core.
