I am unable to download the genetic: genotype results file. Whenever I try to download them, it seems like the files are taking forever to download. Can you please tell me the approximate size of the result folder so that I can have an idea of what might be the problem.

If you select all of the genotype data the size of the downloaded zip file will be > 20 GB. Depending on your network that could take > 24 hours to download.
