Question

Question Posted 01/07/15:
Hi,
I would like to know if there is a quality check on every MRI available on the database (meaning that images who didn't pass the quality test are not uploaded on the database). Or is it only done in the standardized datasets?
Where can i find information about the quality check of images?

Thank you very much,

Thank you for your question to the ADNI MRI Core.

First pass quality assessment data is available for every images series for any scans that have passed the study level QC (thus released from quarantine) here: https://ida.loni.usc.edu/pages/access/studyData.jsp?categoryId=14&subCategoryId=47

*You must have access to study data through LONI/ADNI user agreeement*

In addition to the quality .csv - there is an accompanying methods document and data dictionary.

Please keep in mind that there may be series that have failed the quality assessment but still available for download as the images are released on a study level basis and not a series level.

For further QC information on the DTI, ASL and fMRI data please find that information in their respective uploads.

Thank you
