Hello! I am attempting to examine if atrophy of the central visual pathway structures (e.g. primary visual cortex, LGN if possible) is associated with increased behavioral disturbances. Is this possible? I considered using the Standardized datasets, though I'm not sure this would give me the information I'm looking for.

Thank you for your question to the ADNI MRI Core.
After confirming with the MRI Core leaders they believe that the standard MRI sets are fine to use from an MR perspective.
