Hi, I am wondering if you have resting state fMRI image we can pre-process ourselves? In the current MRI data, we only saw T1 data there. Thanks.

Thank you for your question to the ADNI MRI Core.
Yes, you have access to the raw fMRI scans that are uploaded to LONI. ADNI does not perform any preprocessing on the fMRI data, so what you find will be DICOM just as it comes off the scanner. To view the fMRI data stored on LONI you may need to change the modality from MRI to fMRI when performing a search.
