Could you please help me out in locating the number of patients from each group (AD/MCI/controls) and each ADNI cohort (1/GO/2) that have a successful MRI scan? (For example ADNI 1: 188AD/402MCI/229controls, ADNI GO: ?/?/? subjects, ADNI 2 ?/?/?)

Dear ADNI2 MRI Investigator. Thank you for your question. Unfortunately we in the MRI core do not have that metadata available directly linked to each imaging session. This is something that would need to be obtained from the clinical/metadata databases. Perhaps this question would be better suited to "All cores" to view for their response.

For the ADNI2 study subjects only receive either a fMRI, DTI or ASL experimental scan based on which system they are scanned on.
For instance Siemens only runs the ASL scan, Philips only has fMRI and GE is only doing DTI.
Therefore your search across the different experimental modalities would only result in very few matches across the study. (I think the only matches would be a subject/site that switched scanner types throughout the study.
