Question

Question Posted 05/07/15:
Dear Sir or Madam,

When I downloaded the resting state image data, I found several patients only have one DICM file, which is totally different from others, which usually have 6720 DICM files. I tried to use the same way to preprocess those data, but it looks totally messed up in realignment. Could you help me figure it out? Many thanks! Here is the list of those ID:

Thank you for your question to the ADNI MRI Core.

The series where there is only one image are called "Enhanced DICOM" images. This is a new standard for current and future software releases for Philips systems when exporting DICOM data for transfer. The data needs to be un-enhanced locally (by the user) before any analysis can be done on it, so that the images are back in single DICOM format.
