For the volumetric data calculated by FreeSurfer, do you also calculate age- and sex-adjusted percentiles? So for example, you would provide the hippocampal volume and an age- and sex-adjusted percentile along with that volume?

Thank you for your question to the ADNI MRI Core.

After checking with the researchers at UCSF who perfromed this analysis they notified us that they do not provide age- and gender- adjusted percentiles for FreeSurfer volumetric data.
