What is the difference between dataset ucsffresfr and ucsffsl? Both of them are longitudinal processing. Thank you very much.

Thank you for your question to the ADNI MRI Core.

We have forwarded your question to UCSF and they requested that you contact them directly with questions about their various longitudinal datasets.

They have a ADNI1 dataset available processed with FS vs 4.4, as well as an ADNI GO & 2 dataset processed with FS version 5.1 available on LONI. However, these datasets are clearly distinguished by the dataset names.

They will be happy to help you sort it out.
