Dear ADNI MRI team,

I am trying to perform slice timing correction on the resting state fMRI data of the ADNI GO / ADNI 2 study.

For this I need to know the slice ordering of the fMRI sequence. I was, however, not able to find this information on
http://adni.loni.usc.edu/methods/documents/mri-protocols/

Can you please tell me where I can find more information about the fMRI sequence? Your help is much appreciated.

Thank you for your question to the ADNI MRI Core. You can find all fMRI slice ordering information included within the fMRI QC and analysis spreadsheet posted on the LONI website.
