Dear experts,
We want to use PET images with step 2 preprocessing (coregistered, averaged) to coregister them to T1 scans and then perform partial value correction, but I can't find the FWHM information for the scans. Are they available on ADNI or is there a way to obtain them?

I have what I call "effective resolution" for each of the scanner models. What I mean by this is how much smoothing do I need to apply to a digital Hoffman phantom to have the best match (highest correlation and lowest RMS error) with actual Hoffman phantom scans. Please e-mail me directly at koeppe@umich.edu, and then I can send you an Excel file with the effective resoutions.
