I am working on the dataset of "ADNIMERGE_May15.2014.csv" but I need the death subject's death date and RID if there are any subjects died, is it possible I can get these information? thank you

One place to look for this information is in the Early Discontinuation and Withdrawal[ADNI1,GO,2] file (TREATDIS.csv). You can also get a list of people who have come to autopsy in the NACC Neuropathogy Data Form[ADNI1,GO,2] - this file won't contain everyone who died, since not everyone who died was autopsied.
