Why do the studies all request that you are an older adult. I am 36 years old and feel my memory is changing. Maybe be normal but I am unsure.

The goal of ADNI is to improve clinical trials for Alzheimer's disease. People at age 36 very rarely develop Alzheimer's disease. There may be other studies aimed at people of your age, but ADNI is not.
