Could you please advice how to combine GWAS data for ADNI1 (757 subjects) and ADNIGO/2 (432 subjects) before running QC?

The ADNI-1 and ADNI-GO2 cohorts used different genotyping platforms. Thus, it is reasonable to combine both GWAS data after imputation.
