Please what is the definition of "isotropic image"?
It is an output volume when searching for rsfmri and dti.

Thank you for your question to the MRI core.

When the MRI core refers to isotropic we are referring to three dimensional isotropic resolution. For example the ADNI3 T1 has a 1x1x1 resolution and DTI is 2x2x2.
