Following significant efforts aimed at producing consistent and harmonized datasets across all ADNI phases, ADNI4 Clinical data is becoming available in the Download section of the ADNI archive.  The diagnostic summary and participant demographics datasets have been updated with information from new ADNI4 participants, and new and updated tables will be continue to be released on a rolling schedule.  Notes on specific changes in the new data releases are captured in the Data Dictionary, including notes on merged variables and code mappings.  

New datasets released under the ADNI4 protocol will include assessments to help understand social determinants of health including the Hollingshead Index, Area Deprivation Index, Rural-Urban Commuting Area codes (RUCA), Rural-Urban Continuum Codes (RUCC), Perceived Ethnic Discrimination Questionnaire (PEDQ), Perceived Stress Scale (PSS), Abbreviated Multidimensional Acculturation Scale (AMAS) (for those who identify as Latino/a/x)
