WGS Data Update

Whole mitochondrial genomes have been assembled from WGS data from 809 ADNI subjects. A multi-sample VCF file with mitochondrial genomic variants for each subject is available for download from the Download -> Genetic Data section of the ADNI repository. Also included is a .XLSX file with mitochondrial haplotype information for each subject. The new datasets are named  “ADNI WGS Whole mitochondrial genome variants” and “ADNI WGS Whole mitochondrial genome – Haplotypes”.  For technical questions about the production of the VCF files and please contact Perry Ridge at perry.ridge@byu.edu.
