| Proposed Analysis: | Hello. My original ADNI application under awillette@iastate.edu was approved in March. It concerned using mass spec data from the biomarker core and regressing it against imaging and traditional biomarker outcomes. Specifically, I am looking at novel biomarkers (e.g., Ectonucleotide Pyrophosphatase 2) of metabolic dysregulation across and between clinical groups at baseline. Unfortunately, I cannot access my account. The LONI data coordinator, Jessica Yaros, suggested that I re-apply. |
