| Proposed Analysis: | I'll use metabolic network analysis using FDG PET and combine with amyloid imaging. I'll focus on the functional brain network abnormalities according to the amyloid deposition in progression of Alzheimer disease. Metabolic networks are provided by voxelwise covariance analysis and metabolic connectivity will be evaluated by correlation analysis across subjects. Evaluating this relationship, I'll make a model for prediction of prognosis. |
