Proposed Analysis: We are looking at pupil dilation as it related to to aging and dementia. We would like to identify phenotypes that separate from normal from diseased subjects that might be appropriate for further study in relation to pupil dilation.

Proposed Analysis: Diffusion MRI-derived metrics in cortical gray matter may provide measures of microstructure that are more sensitive to effects of early Alzheimer's than standard macrostructural measures such as cortical thickness. We will derive a cortical signature of AD using single and multi-shell diffusion MRI that can be applied in independent cohorts.
