| Proposed Analysis: | We designed to implemented an end-to-end deep learning pipeline that includes several steps from pre-processing to prediction. We will use NVIDIA DIGITS to train a Convolutional Neural Network model for Alzheimer’s Disease prediction from resting-state functional MRI (rs-fMRI) data. We need as many as samples as possible to get a deep learning model with great accuracy, using recall and precision to determine our analyses. |
