| Proposed Analysis: | The newly established "Interdisciplinary Research Center for Machine Learning" of Heilbronn University wishes to use the ADNI dataset as showcase for researching machine learning algorithms for neuroimaging biomarkers. We are planning several projects for - automated pre-processing pipelines with strict quality assurance - automated extraction of robust features for machine learning purposes - systematic evaluation of complex vs simple classification and prediction algorithms Furthermore, we would like to develop classroom hands-on examples for our graduate students from these projects. |
