Proposed Analysis:	I am currently using various structured regularizations (l21 norm, nuclear norm, group norm, etc.) to jointly predict the cognitive scores and diagnoses of patients in the ADNI dataset. I am interested in combining my learned model in conjunction with the PLINK SNP data in order to create haploview images in my research papers. I am currently a first year PhD student at the Colorado School of Mines.
