| Proposed Analysis: | I plan to use ADNI for two purposes: (i) We're doing a large scale machine learning-based segmentation project at MMIV (mmiv.no), a research centre at the Dept. of Radiology, Haukeland University Hospital. The ADNI data will form an important part of our data material. (ii) We're investigating a new machine learning method for patient stratification from MRI, for which ADNI will be a useful test-case. |
