| Proposed Analysis: | Conduct a GWAS study with the use of a regression model and similar models. The accuracy and speed of the models are compared. In specific, the regression model is designed for a genotype - phenotype association and thus the use of ADNI data is desirable. Feature selection is an important part prior to the regression done with the LASSO regression. |
