| Proposed Analysis: | Even among amyloid-positive patients, those with subcortical involvement showed worse cognitive impairment than those without subcortical involvement. And patients with subcortical involvement revealed steeper cognitive decline compared to those without subcortical involvement. However, the reason why striatal amyloid pathology might be associated with more severe cognitive decline has not been fully understood. We would like to compare the tau PET, FDG PET, functional connectivity, and brain volume / thickness between patients with and without subcortical involvement. |
