Proposed Analysis:	1.Risk genetic site confirmation: The GWAS study of our nearly 600 AD patients discovered 3 new risk genetic sites in APP and PS1 gene.We would appreciated more evidence in other human races from the database. 2.Epidemiological survey of our rural community population revealed closed relationship between cognitive function and olfactory function.We would appreciated more evidence of longer follow-up revisit from the database.
