| Proposed Analysis: | The project plans to collect nucleic acid sequencing information from age-matched healthy individuals and different risk levels of AD patients, and use bioinformatics to analyze various types of RNA that express different levels, and then predict several circular RNAs closely related to AD risk. Finally, a large sample was collected to analyze the specificity and sensitivity of circular RNA as a diagnostic biomarker for AD. |
