| Proposed Analysis: | Recently, we have established a series of analytic pipeline to analyze T1w images and diffusion MRI data. The new neuroimaging indices derived from the images have higher sensitivity to micro-lesions in white matter. We plan to apply our method to the clinical diseases such as Alzheimer’s disease to test the clinical sensitivity. Also, we want to investigate the association of those new indices with genetic factors. |
