| Proposed Analysis: | We are currently investigating the generalizability of a proposed Deep Learning method for the task of semantic segmentation of anatomic structures as well as detection of different anomalies and pathologies. We aim to train a network to achieve these tasks cross-modality (MRI, ultrasound, CT and histology data). The ADNI dataset would be a very valuable resource to investigate the application to brain tissue in MRI. |
