| Proposed Analysis: | We focus on the investigation of general purpose medical imaging analysis system. We plan to develop a deep learning system to directly take in batches of medical imaging data and perform reasoning, which includes but not limited to diagnosis, prognosis, etc. Besides, we will also investigate the performance difference between traditional machine learning algorithms and deep learning algorithms in the context of medical data analysis. |
