| Proposed Analysis: | Hello, We would be grateful if we could get access to the ADNI MRI and PET data and in particular to ADNI 3 data in order to perform research on 1) Image registration and segmentation using diffeomorphic warping and machine learning. In particular we would like to test are CLAIRE software https://github.com/andreasmang/claire (for code and publications) and develop voxelwise analysis tools to compute atrophy but also register PET with MRI 1) establish correlations between atrophy Tau from PET using a combination of image registration and machine learning.
