Proposed Analysis: This study is being done at Duke University School of Medicine under the supervision of Professor Murali Doraiswamy. The aims of the study are to examine the association between plasma neurofilament light (NFL) levels and genetic risk for Alzheimer’s disease and to examine if plasma NFL predicts faster decline over time in subjects at different levels of genetic risk. We plan to download data on demographics, genetics, cognitive and functional tests, biomarkers and outcomes. The project will last one year.
