Proposed Analysis: We aim here to describe the method we use in our memory center (Paris, France) to determine the cut-offs values for CSF biomarkers, and would like to reproduce this method in several other cohorts of individuals with known AD CSF biomarkers, including the ADNI study. We also aim to provide to the community a R package for the determination of these cut-offs. Our method is driven by the data, and we therefore need a set of individuals with results of their CSF biomarkers: CSFAB42, Tau, pTau, and AB40, and basic socidemographic data : age, sex, and MMSE score.
