| Proposed Analysis: | We are interested in building a free tool for improved, automated skull-stripping / brain-extraction via 3D-CNN U-Net. We are hoping this will be a serious improvement over standard tools (e.g. BET). For this to be successful, we need access to a large amount of quality-checked MRI images and brain masks, which you happen to provide. |
