Proposed Analysis:	I would like to continue my studies in MRI and DTI imaging in AD in an attempt to elucidate novel indicators of disease progression. I It would then follow to study the available GWAS data in an attempt to better understand the genetic components on AD, specifically an attempt to reveal novel genetic differences that affect protein structures within the brain, utilizing PYMOL and biochemistry to model effects at the molecular level.
