Proposed Analysis: Using ADNI data, I would like to develop a prediction system using artificial intelligence (specifically, convolutional neural network), which could stratify high risk patients at risk for developing Alzheimer's disease among patients with mild cognitive impairment. I planned to exploit diverse MRI sequences and clinical data to devise the predictive system. Further, I would like to validate the predictive performance of the system in the whole new different dataset, which is derived from our institution. In this way, I can test whether the predictive system which is derived from the ADNI would function well in the Korean population. After this validation process, whether the predictive system could be integrated to the clinical setting in our institution could be determined.

Proposed Analysis: It is of clinical importance to detect Alzheimer's disease at early stage, as it can facilitate appropriate treatment which results in successful treatment. I would like to devise a predictive system using artificial intelligence, specifically, convolutional neural network, to stratify patients at high risk for developing Alzheimer's disease among patients with mild cognitive impairment. I would like to exploit diverse MRI sequences and clinical data which is provided in the ADNI dataset for developing the predictive system. Then, the developed system will be validated in a whole new different dataset, which is derived from our institution.
