| Proposed Analysis: | The purpose of our study is to identify novel genetic factors associated with Alzheimer’s Disease, to improve the understanding of the genetic etiology of Alzheimer's as well as identify new targets for drug development. Our analyses include identifying genetic factors associated with the risk of these conditions, as well as genetic risk factors associated with age-at-onset, and factors that contribute to disease severity. We are also interested in genetic associations with quantitative measures from imaging data. |
