| Proposed Analysis: | This Project wants to investigate the role of synaptic cell adhesion molecules in amyloid beta related neurodegeneration. 1) Investigate associations between cell adhesion molecules with amyloid beta pathology and Tau pathology. 2) We will investigate how these molecules are associated with longitudinal changes in brain volumes and cognitive function in subjects with amyloid beta pathology compared to those without pathology. |
