| Proposed Analysis: | The proposed analysis of this dataset is to investigate the relationship between Alzheimer's Disease (AD) and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). We propose to use ADNI's AD gene expression data and compare it to gene expression cases widely seen in ASD datasets, while analyzing neuroimaging data from ADNI and assessing the relationship of relative "closeness" of AD genetic variants to the underlying ASD protein interaction network and effects on brain development/plaque growth. |
